We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase along with payment details.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@fariyass.com. If your return is accepted, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with.
Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

- CANCELLATION POLICY ( Services) – The expected time span for reporting the services ordered to be cancelled and the conditions under which cancellation will be allowed.
SAMPLE
Customer can cancel their order/requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for upto 4 to 5 business days for the refund transfer to be completed.
***For No Refund Policy and No Cancellation- this must be very clearly communicated to Cardholders before the purchase decision is made, to prevent misunderstanding and disputes.
