After payment and order confirmation, customers will receive tracking information sent to their registered email. Additionally, customers in the UAE will receive tracking updates on their registered mobile number via WhatsApp.

AED 50 dirhams standard delivery. No minimum order amount, however free delivery for orders above AED 700.International shipments are generally delivered between 5 to 7 working days noting custom clearance duration at destination is not considered and may vary as per laws of land.- We do not ship/trade with OFAC and sanctioned countries
- Local Shipping
AED 20 dirhams standard delivery. No minimum order amount, however free delivery for orders above AED 500.Local shipment within UAE are delivered generally between 24 to 48 hours.- The price and currency displayed at checkout will match the price and currency on the transaction receipt.
- The amount charged to the card will be converted to the card's currency by your card issuer, based on their exchange rates and applicable fees.
- CANCELLATION POLICY ( Services) – The expected time span for reporting the services ordered to be cancelled and the conditions under which cancellation will be allowed.
Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placement or before it has been processed at the warehouse and a tracking label has been issued, whichever occurs first. In all cases, customers can request a refund for cancellations, with the refund policy applied.
- We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase along with payment details.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with.
